Settings of the account


Profile setup

Users can change some settings in their personal profile. Click on your account icon from the top-left. Select the 'Account Settings' tab (Account settings) .

  • Setting basic information
    1. In the main settings, you can change user information, picture, address and store description. For legal entities persons must also indicate their TIN and postal code.
    2. After registration, a green Difmark picture is set by default if the person is online and a gray one if offline.
    3. After changing the settings, click the "Update" button to save the changes.
  • Setting up account information
    1. In your account settings, you can change your nickname and mail. Here you can also upload a document for user verification and delete your account.
    2. After changing the settings, click the "Update" button to save the changes.

Be sure to set a security question in your security settings. By answering this question, you can restore access to your account in the event of a password loss.

  • Password / Security Question Changes
    1. To change your password, you will need to enter your current and new password in the appropriate fields.
    2. If you have forgotten your current password, click the "Forgot password" button on the login page .
      A message will be sent to your mail in which you can change your password to a new one.
    3. To change the security question, click the "Edit" button.
  • Configuring Notifications
    1. You can subscribe to notifications by leaving your telegram or mail in the appropriate places.
      After changes, click the "Save" button.
    1. In the table below you can see all the latest notifications, the buttons above will allow you to sort them.
  • Documents
    1. In the "Documents" section you can upload or view the history of uploaded documents.
  • Configuring push notifications
    1. In the "push notifications" section, you can configure pop-up notifications, test them and select events for the notification to appear.
    2. After changes, click the "Save Changes" button.
  • History Log
    1. In the "History Log" section you can view all events related to your account, purchases, settings changes, etc.
