  4. Sale of goods, through the Difmark marketplace, obtained illegally (by fraud, hacking, brute force, carding, etc.). Sale of personal data. Teaching illegal activities or selling information about them.

    Sanctions: Blocking the account from which the violation will be detected, and the subsequent passage of the KYC procedure, so that the seller can receive payment from the account where the violation was detected.   5. Knowingly posting invalid offers or offers with an invalid price or description that may mislead the buyer. Ignoring and not fulfilling orders.

  7. Using more than one registered account, without the approval of the site administration.

  8. Advertising, spam, mass mailing to users.

    Sanctions: Temporary or permanent blocking of the account (Refusal in payments, at the discretion of the administration, after a detailed investigation.).

  9. Fraud, deception of other users.

    Sanctions: Account blocking. Refusal to pay. Blocking all new violator accounts as they are discovered.

  10. Using a trading platform to exchange funds from one payment system to another, without the purpose of placing orders. (Dengue laundering, Carding, other financial fraud).

  11. Transferring links to file hosting and image hosting services without an explicit need when fulfilling an order (for example, when dealing with an account, transferring a login and password through an image uploaded to a file hosting service).

  12. Creation of three-party payments. Payment of funds not to your personal (wallets, details), which the user cannot identify as his own.

    Sanctions: Denial of payments to wallets that are not associated with the user's account on the site.

The administration reserves the right to communicate with sellers under the guise of buyers in order to identify violations.

Services
