However, the company admits that video game sales alone will not cover all the necessary expenses.

The demo version of the novelty turned out to be one of the most popular, having managed to become a real hit on Steam. The developer company Ironmace is interested in how to make money on this phenomenal popularity of the game. The company's representatives said they could not support the novelty online only by selling a video game, and there needs to be an idea of how to monetize it. After all, video game sales "will not be able to cover all the necessary costs for the operation of servers." According to company representatives, there still needs to be more employees, even though there are practically no vacancies in the main office. The company assures that the monetization model will be understandable for the players. There will be no Pay to Win.

The price players will pay to acquire Dark, and Darker is still unknown. However, the company said it does not approve of the situation when gamers who bought the game first pay the highest price while the rest enjoy massive discounts.  

So, the new playtest will take place from April 14th to 19th and include a few unique additions.
