How to create new tickets?


1.Log in to your individual account. Go to the “Resolution Centre”. Then select the following section — “My Tickets”.  Find and click the “Create a new ticket”.


2.After creating a ticket, you will be asked to fill out the necessary blanks. Do not forget to give a full description of an issue. Click on the button “Create ticket”.
