How to create new cases?


1. Log in to your account. Go to the “Resolution Centre”. Choose “My Cases”. Click the button “Create a new case”. 


2. After creating a case, you will be asked to fill out the necessary blanks. Do not forget to give a full description of an issue.


3. After creating a ticket, you will be asked to fill out the necessary blanks. Do not forget to give a full description of an issue.
