Epic Games Introduces Ranked Mode in Fortnite

And that's great news for the fans. So, Epic Games has announced the addition of ranking systems, which will soon replace the usual competitive mode. It happened a couple of days ago, on May 12th. In a short video, the company introduced the rank emblems. A new game mode will likely appear in the 3rd season of the 4th chapter, which is scheduled to start in the summer (June). Fans will be able to launch ranked matches by simply selecting the desired option in the game menu. Eight ranks will be available to players. You can get points for winning matches and the number of kills.

By the way, at the moment, there is a big crossover with Star Wars, which brought novelty Jedi skills, Darth Maul, Battle Pass, and interesting in-game cosmetic items.

Completely free of charge, players can get a stormtrooper, as well as unlock various premium items.

Note that the public beta will allow fans to make all the desired changes to the Fortnite mode. Players can edit with a new version of Unreal Engine's advanced toolset.

So, Fortnite is a popular game created by Epic Games and released in 2017. Up to this point, the video game has offered three main modes for fans to choose from: Battle Royale, Save the World, and Creative.
