1.The user can create a claim for any purchase order or transaction made within 180 days after the date when this transaction was created.
2.Within 2 days after creating a claim the user (buyer) will get an access to the additional function - (Escalate to a claim). Click this button and the status of your claim will be changed to Claim. 3. In case the Buyer doesn’t click the button "Escalate to a claim" or "Close" within 14 days, the claim will be closed automatically in favor of the Seller.
