A producer of World of Warcraft accuses the company of leaving specialists

The famous studio Blizzard and the popular MMORPG World of Warcraft development team are not too happy with the current situation. One of the producers of the video game admitted on social networks that he was dissatisfied with the position of the management. He accused the Blizzard studio of the fact that talented specialists no longer want to work for the company. As you know, specialists from various fields leave the studio en masse. And this is quite alarming to fans of the spectacular video game.

So, lately, the development team has been suffering because talented professionals are leaving. The producer of the game does not doubt that the management of the company and the wrong current policy are to blame for this. Alas, the outflow of professionals will continue. Unfortunately, this is reflected in the development of the game. For example, the team has to redistribute resources, which hurts creating new items and canceling previously planned content.

The producer said that another person had left the team this week. According to the novelty producer, the situation will deepen if the company does not listen to specialists. Some developers confirmed the words of the producer. One of the reasons for the departure of specialists is called the return to office work. And senior game designer Allison Steele called such a forced return to the office part of the company's short-sighted policy.
