Titan's Lion Rampant boots, however, are set to inherit similar hip-fire enhancements and gain a permanent +50 Aerial Effectiveness, even when aiming down sights – truly taking flight. Warlock's Lunafaction Boots will also benefit from improved hip-fire capabilities, though their Empowering Rift’s range advantage in PvP will be halved. Beyond Exotics, Legacy Frame Pulse Rifles like the venerable Redrix’s Estoc will have their ADS damage falloff adjusted, bringing them more in line with their High-Impact brethren.
