Throne and Liberty: A Beginner's Guide to Not Being a Total Noob

Throne and Liberty is here, and it's a glorious, sprawling MMORPG beast just waiting to chew up your free time. But before you rush headlong into epic quests and stylish combat, listen up, rookie. These beginner tips will save you from those face-palm moments and keep your progression smoother than a perfectly brewed potion.

1. Skill Books: Resist the Urge to Power-Level (at Least Not Yet)

Those Skill Growth Books? They're like precious artifacts, not candy. Hoard them like a dragon hoards treasure until you've got a solid grasp on your character build. Otherwise, you'll be drowning in regret (and wasted resources) later on.

2. Crafting: Don't Be That Guy Who Peaks at Tier 1

Crafting is cool, but crafting with low-tier materials is like building a castle out of mud. Buy Tier 0 gear, scavenge Tier 1, and save those precious resources for the good stuff. Think Tier 2 and beyond, my friend.

3. Hoarding: It's Not Just for Dragons (and Crazy Cat Ladies)

Resist the urge to sell all your low-level gear. That stuff is surprisingly useful for the Lithography book, which is basically an alchemy system for loot. Free upgrades? Don't mind if we do.

4. Growth Transfers: Because Nobody Likes Wasting XP

Leveled up your gear? Awesome! Now, transfer that precious growth to your shiny new equipment before you chuck it. It's like recycling but for badassery.

5. Growthstones: Treat Them Like Bitcoin (But Less Volatile, Hopefully)

Seriously, those things are precious. Don't waste them on low-tier gear. Be patient, level up, and unleash their power when it really counts.

6. Weapon Mastery: Jack of All Trades, Master of... Two?

We get it, you wanna be a multi-weapon-wielding whirlwind of destruction. But focus on two main weapons early on. Otherwise, you'll be spread thinner than a bard at a buffet, and nobody wants that.

7. Area Objectives: Side Quests? More Like Secret to Success

Ignore those world events and you're missing out on sweet, sweet loot. Plus, the Codex is your friend. Get cozy with it.

8. Contract Coins: Delayed Gratification is Key (Unless It's Pizza)

Those Contract Coins are tempting, but resist! Save them for the high-level goodies. Tier 3 weapons await, my friend. Patience.

There you have it, rookie. You're now one step closer to Throne and Liberty domination (or at least not failing miserably). Now go forth, be bold, and try not to aggro too many world bosses at once.
