Developers of Cyberpunk 2077 Finally Content with Game's Progress

Over three years since its tumultuous launch, Cyberpunk 2077 has clawed its way back from the brink of disaster. Once plagued by bugs and graphical imperfections that led to widespread criticism and even removal from major gaming platforms, the game's developer, CD Projekt, now claims to be "finally happy" with its current state.

Triumph Over Adversity

The scars of Cyberpunk 2077's disastrous launch are still fresh in many gamers and developers' minds. Sony's unprecedented move to delist the game from the PlayStation Network and Microsoft's policy adjustment allowing no-questions-asked refunds painted a grim picture for what was once one of the most anticipated titles in recent memory.

Looking Towards the Future

Looking ahead, CD Projekt has its sights set on new horizons. With Cyberpunk 2077 winding down, attention turns to the highly anticipated sequel to The Witcher series, aptly titled The Witcher 4. Moreover, the revelation of the Cyberpunk 2077 sequel Orion, currently in development at CD Projekt's newly established studio in Boston, hints at a promising future for fans of the cyberpunk genre.
