1. On Transactions page track the total movement of funds on your personal account on Difmark. Using filters by date, category, status, or order number, find the required transaction. In addition, you may download a whole list of your transactions in PDF, XLSX format for your convenience.
2. Visit the “Holdback” section to make a partial or full refund of every transaction where the purchase or delivery problems take place.
