1. The registered user can refund the money spent for any order, fully or partially. To refund your money, go to the “My Orders” page, select a product or a group of products, specify the quantity. Then click the button “Refund”. Money will be returned to the buyer.
2. Only the registered seller can refund his or her money in a voluntary manner. Full or partial refund of your money depends on the circumstances of a transaction in each individual way.
3. The seller can return his or her money, fully or partially, only after the successful confirmation of your payment.
